Nintendo: No more Wii Ads Needed

First I’d like to say I’m sorry for not posting much. As you can see it’s pretty much always been like that since I started this blog. Mostly because I do work a lot and this blog is primarily a hobby. With that being said I am going to start trying to be a regular poster from now on.

Now on to a little marketing news. How sweet would it be to have a product so hot you didn’t need to advertise it anymore? This is exactly what has happened with Ninentdo and the Wii. Nintendo has announced that they are removing all Holiday season ads for the Wii because the demand is too high.
A Nintendo Marketing Rep stated: “A Nintendo spokesman says: “We have been running the campaign all year round, but we want to take a responsible stance this Christmas and not fuel demand.”
Must be a nice problem to have for Nintendo and the trendy Wii.
