Recently Pokerstars announced a celebrity rapper tournament where you can test your luck againt superstar Fabolous … looks like there was more to the deal then just a straight pay off for Fab as I caught this subliminal advertising in his newest video. Notice the “I <3" on the girls shirt, with the Pokerstars symbol directly behind her.
That’s some nice indirect advertising which 99.9% of people would never notice – but to a someone such as myself who is used to these types of strategies, they stand out like a sore thumb. Pokerstars seems to be moving into new demographics to really get a stranglehold on the industry, to which I have to say about time.
